Why brokers stay

The parts of wholesale that usually go wrong.

Nothing here is a rate promise. These are operating commitments about how your file is handled.

You can reach an underwriter

The scenario desk is staffed by people who can actually make a call on a file — not a queue that routes back to your account executive.

Structure before submission

Send the scenario first. Finding out a file doesn't fit after you've collected documents costs your borrower weeks.

Agency approvals that matter

Approved Seller/Servicer for Freddie Mac, FHA, HUD, VA and USDA — so government files stay in-house rather than being brokered out.

Agency and non-agency together

One approval covers conventional, government, non-QM and jumbo. You don't need a second lender for the file that doesn't fit.

Current forms, versioned

The forms library shows what changed and when. Submitting on a superseded form is a condition you shouldn't have to get.

Licensed where we say we are

Every jurisdiction is listed with its licence type and number — 24 of them, verifiable on NMLS Consumer Access.

Getting started

Approved in four steps.

Broker approval is a document review, not a negotiation. Here is the whole process.

  1. Apply

A short form: company details, your NMLS ID, and where you're licensed.

  2. Send documents

Licensing, corporate formation and financials. The checklist is on the application.

  3. Review

Underwriting and compliance review the package and come back with anything missing.

  4. Start submitting

You're assigned an account executive and given portal access to price and submit.

Licensing footprint

Where we lend, stated precisely.

Each jurisdiction below is disclosed with its licence type and number. A state without a tile is a state we do not publish a licence for — we would rather show you that than imply coverage.
